Our stay at Hill Country Resort was fantastic! The kids loved playing mini-golf and using the sports courts. We appreciated the onsite activities center, which kept everyone entertained. Plus, lounging around the outdoor fire pits after a fun-filled day was a perfect way to wrap up our evenings.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be improved. It took too long because of pushy timeshare offers. A more streamlined process would really help families with children settle in faster.

The villa was huge with a lovely kitchen and a washer/dryer! Great activities for kids and gorgeous lake views. Bonus: mini golf and free ice cream!

We had a great time at the resort, especially enjoying the fantastic pools and the mini golf course! The rooms were presented nicely, making our stay comfortable. I would definitely return, but the A/C could use an upgrade.

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a breathtaking balcony view of the lake. The kids enjoyed the activities, like s'mores at 8pm every night, like a little family ritual we didn't expect.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it for the experience.

Just a top selection for a momentary visit in Canyon Lake with best value. The main pool was large and clean, perfect for relaxing. Remember to check out nearby restaurants for good local eats.

The two-bedroom villa was a perfect getaway with ample space for lounging and relaxing! I loved waking up to the stunning views of the crystal-clear lake, sipping coffee by the cozy gas fireplace. With plenty of activities like mini-golf and multiple swimming pools, my family and I never wanted to leave!

Great Family Retreat with Plenty of Activities

We truly enjoyed our stay! The nearby Granny D's for breakfast served delightful pancakes, while the Italian Gardens offered delicious dinners. A short drive to San Antonio provided great entertainment, especially the River Walk. Remember to bring your own charcoal for the BBQs near the pool!

The resort offered a lovely view and plenty of activities, though the carpet needed serious cleaning and check-in was frustratingly slow. Staff were friendly. however, management could improve communication regarding room features. Overall, it was a nice getaway despite a few annoyances.
